Anybody throwing one now? Is there a time of year it's most productive?

Fished one every Sunday for the last three Sundays in our weekly jackpots boated pretty decent keepers with it right now. Caught some monsters out of Dunlap on it one of my all time favorite ways to fish deep or for suspended fish.

Little Georges work better on crappie but no doubt will catch bass too.

Spoons work year round in my opinion.
Whether you think you can or you can't, you are probably right.

5in does best for me last week never ripped it up. just lifted slowly and let swing back on simi tight line. every few lifts a little extra hop at the top was normaly where a bite was triggered. I am sure some dont use swivels but a good berring swivel a few feet up seems manditory for me. Someone else might chime in on this.
