power pole pumps

i have two 10 foot blades. both pumps are not working. the green light usually has a slow flash when working properly. now the lights stay green all the time. any ideas?

Skeeter, Have you tried to reset each pump by pulling the fuse/disconnecting from power? You can also do this by pressing all three buttons on top of the pump at the same time for a few seconds. If this does not return the system back to normal please email me at branden@powerpole.com and I'll give you some further things to check.

Glad to hear. Please check all of your controllers and ensure that none of them are activated. A solid green light usually indicates that the pump is receiving a signal but due to the built in time out you may not hear or see anything operating, the pumps will shut off after a running for 20 seconds. This is pretty common if you store the extra dash switch or transmitter in the boat and something has pressed the buttons. Please let us know if you have any further questions.
