Which model do you think is the best? I've got one of the old greenies and I've got an E series. Now I'm wanting to add a few more to my arsenal. Personally, I think the E's are AMAZING. Which would all of you recommend?

I like the new one but I just like new stuff. The old ones are great I got five of them in my garage.

I'm fixin to switch over to Lew's! Unless Shimano gets their act together right quick. The G's are junk, the E's are great.

Or hell the Okuma Helios! I do like that reel, its light, small, and fits nice in your hand dont like that sponge handle, but still its a great feeling reel! Those Lew's what are they "tournament pro" are nice too!
Either way, if your looking for old E's you may find some cheap, if you cant and your dead set on the old curado E, just get the new Chronarch!

E series are pretty darn good. And those new Okuma reels are pretty sweet.

I think the best was probably the D series. Built like a tank but they came with a cost...weight. The E series is now my favorite but I am afraid Shimano made them too good and had to back up a notch which is disappointing.

The weight is not a problem as far as I'm concerned.

The 100 B's were little gems too!

I've got 5 of the D series. I've been pretty impressed with them. I am however, getting a new Lew's to throw that SK10
