And that is the 64 Million Dollar question

Sadly with our court system you will spend about $25,000 to hire Murder Defense Lawyer who specialize in Murder cases.

Sometimes the NRA will step in and cover your cost

Long and lenghty process

Which it should not be

Inside your house and you kill a thief and you are Golden, outside the house then the game changes dramatically.

How about if it was in the window of your room..then when it flashes you might catch them and have evidence of break-in.

He looks a little wild to me .... I would call the police to tackle him.

Put some chit shots in the air or blanks for that matter, which would not be my choice. Changing one life at a time blablabla slinger peep

Not true, you can shoot a thief stealing your yard gnome now .... as long as it is after dark.
BUT, I doubt hotel parking lots are the same and I would not shoot anybody stealing my stuff unless they had a weapon in their hand like a tackle box I thought was a gun, or a fishing rod I thought was a gun, or electronics I thought was a gun.

If you happen to shot or kill someone breaking into your equipment or house

All you need to tell the police or sheriff is

"I feared for my Life and let me Call My Lawyer"

Give no further details to any other than your lawyer

Read this and remember this...........

It could be looked at as "premeditated" considering you posted on a public forum and talked about killing some meth heads. The best plan might be for someone who hasn't posted on this thread to be the shooter...

possibly a Ninja ninja

Cool idea, we have cameras at the marina as well. Guess we could have had multiple angles of the poor tweaker getting shot with a 40S&W (Short and weak) haha.
