Thats all you need to get on the water. Of course dress for the weather and bring supplies for your activities weather it be camping or fishing or both.

Flare kit, dry bag, extra paddle, rope, duct tape, 36 mile range walkie talkie,repellent, extra batteries, dry box for cell and keys, first aid kit, whistle, horn, water .
Maybe forgetting something!
