OP 13ankin_It Extreme Angler 1 Joined: Aug 2011 Posts: 1,509 Argyle	Since we had a good day at Lavon on Saturday, me and BigMike1984 decided to hit it again Sunday. Wind's changed from out of the South on Saturday to a light north wind on Saturday. We decided to try out a new spot, of course it ended up being around 1/4 mile hike to get to it. It was pretty slow, I caught a few eaters to get started. At one point I thought I had a pretty solid fish on but ended up being that I hooked a 2 lb blue and somehow managed to wrap up an 8 pounder in the line near the leader! Definately a 1st for me. I finally got a 21 pounder as the sun was beginning to set. We packed up at that spot around 7:45 and decided to hit a 2nd spot since we drove an hour to get out there. Hiked it back to the truck and zoomed over to spot #2. Wind was non-existent at this point and I just knew we weren't gonna do any catching. We got lines out and not much more than 30 minutes later i got a good take down. Pulled in a 20# and before I could even get the hook out of his mouth another of my rods slammed over. This one was a better fish. After alittle drag pulling and hollerin I got in a 44#. All fish caught in probably 12-18 FOW on shad. Mike let me catch em all today, I think he didn't want anything to do with any fish under 50#!
