I was diagnosed with melanoma (mole had a shadow) this spring been to the dermatologist and had several more moles removed since. My wife's husband before me died from melanoma so she examines me pretty closely the stuff is pretty nasty and can turn ugly quickly. The dermatolgist I go to has lost three patients in the last year all women in their twenties says the cause is tanning beds. Way to bring to everybody's attention Jerry. Good luck and prayers sent.

I have a yearly Flouracil(sp) treatment on my face, ears and neck. It's a cream that kills the cells. It takes a couple of weeks and of course the spots will turn red during the treatment. For that reason I do it just after the Holidays each year.
