that unit and the fishmark 480 some of the best units ever made. the 480 found me many, many brushpiles. I had two units set up on the console with a transducer on the left and right side of the transom, (2 60 degree beams).. wasnt too much got past me.
COMING SOON! .. THE STICKLE HOOK " the stay level sickle hook". sits level in the water with all knots.! Provides better hook sets and more natural jigging motion. No more adjusting the knot, gluing , or tying loop knots that cause the hook point to tangle in the loop, or worse knick the line.. The jighook that will make all others obsolete !

I've got some questions about some screen shots I took yesterday and would like to know your opinions on if these are fish on structure or just structure creating the image. I was just moving around towards the dam end of local lake and taking pics of what I thought might be tightly grouped fish. Is this usually what fish will look like when tightly bunched at these depths or is this something else. As the shots get more shallow the images become clearer that there are some fish but not for sure if the whole ball is fish or just those to the outside. Any opinions would be greatly appreciated. Taken on Lowrance Elite 4 DSI.

ICONN4 1st 2 pics look like small brushpiles with no fish
3rd pic looks like several fish,, likely crappie around the brushpile 4th pic, 1 gar to the left of the brush or weedbed, possibly a few smaller fish in the grass or brush that the gar is ghosting. look for target seperation, the fish should not usually all clump into one blob, u can study this by zooming in the pic on your computer. hold the ctrl key down, with the mouse over the pic, turn your mouse wheel forward. most pics will zoom in. then you can see in greater detail what is in the pic. after a while u wont need to zoom in as much.

Thank, leanin post! Back to the drawing board. From 50 ft depths will you still get separation?
