Radtexan was kind enough to send me some material to get me started, and many thanks to him. I finally made it to Cabella's today after work and got my bobbin and some thread, whip finisher, head cement, hackle pliers, I could keep buying tools I'm sure. Anyway, got home and put this together, I'm going to call it Mardi Gras until I think of a better name.

I'm sure it will fall apart, I'm not really sure how to do the whip finish tool yet, but I put some glue on it, so maybe it will catch a fish first.

I watched some videos for days. I need to figure out how to make that chenille look nicer.

Ok, I did one more before bed. I don't think 'jig fever' will get me out of work tomorrow.

If they made a shirt with that Red Wiggler logo, I promise I'd buy a few. That's awesome - 'the Cadillac of worms.' yes I agree.

I think I might have got the wrong tool. But the hand finish looks fairly simple, ill probably give that a shot.

I think that can be arranged.

Here's another. Do you guys think the tail is too long?

I powder painted this one myself, that stuff is pretty cool. One thing I noticed though is the head cement caused the powder to discolor, it's orange where it touched the head.
