Does the LSS-2 turn off when you power down your graph or do you have to put it on a separate switch like the LSS-1?

Does the LSS-2 turn off when you power down your graph or do you have to put it on a separate switch like the LSS-1? AS long as you are tying the yellow (Wake up) wires from the LSS-2 module together with the yellow wire from the HDS unit, it will act as the on/off switch to your LSS2 module. Brian

Today, Lowrance is releasing their new Elite-7 HDI units . The units now have dual imaging, which means you get sonar and downscan, where as the Elite-5 and 4 you would have to choose either downscan only or sonar only. Here is the video on Lowrance's website. The MSRP for the Elite-7 HDI is $699, for Elite-7 Broadband (chart and sonar only, no downscan) is $599, and for the Elite-7x HDI (no chart, sonar and downscan only) is $549. http://www.lowrance.com/en-US/Products/Elite/Available soon from shut-up-and-fish. I've been looking at the Elite 5 DSI. It and the Elite 7 broadband are the same price...$599. Which one would you recommend? I like the idea of DSI, but also like the idea of the bigger 7" screen. I'm not sure what would be more of a benefit for my catfishing...DSI or the bigger screen of the 7...
In the past i got along just fine with my 332c but i need a new graph as i got a new pontoon!

For the $100 more, I would recommend going with the Elite 7 HDI and have a 2 inch bigger screen plus broadabnd sonar plus Down Scan.
