I tried my 36" from my Bluewave with my PA14. It worked good but was a pain to stow.

Marine raider Believe its the 36" or 30" not really sure and to lazy to measure it lol, it was around 15$ at academys

I got the 24" and I think it's a little small. Doesn't slow me down enough.

make sure you tie a float into the line up near the drift sock so you keep the sock near the surface. it works the same but doesn't hang up on stuff nearly as bad. Also lets you cut loose from the sock in big hurry without having to pull it in, them come back and get it later.

Yup, a float is handy to have on it in case you need to release your sock. My drift sock has a weight and float sewn opposite of each other to help it open itself and keep it in the upper water column.
