Weather forecasters missed todays 5 mph wind, lol.Well I had to go get some fishin in anyway, caught some good crappie and landed this Mule on a blue/chart. Slab Bandit on a 1/8 oz. sickle jig head. While fishing in 17 ft. of water and the bass hit about 2 ft. off the bottom.I lost another big bass that cleaned my plow a few hours earlier,I had to cut off 20 yards of line and retie. The line look like a back lashed rubber band.[image] Uploaded with ImageShack.us[/image][image] Uploaded with ImageShack.us[/image]

That's funny. I was speaking with my friend last night. Same thing happened to him within the first 5 minutes on a crappie jig. We were in the sticks and were amazed that he was able to land the fish with the ultra light tackle. It was a fat 9lb chuck. Proof big fish don't always prefer big baits. Great job!

Nice.
What pound test was that? The weight is so small, figure pretty light.
