my least favorite part of boating is the launch. im really slow and i feel like everyone is just watching me. my 73 year old father says it best, screw's. if they want you to go faster they can come help. so dont worry if your taking to long launching it the first time. I second that. I am by no means an expert but I was in your shoes about 3 months ago. Even if you have been in a boat many times, it is a little bit nerve-racking doing it yourself. Go slow, triple check everything when loading and unloading. I do this parked away from the ramp to minimize my time since I am slower than most. Enjoy, it is awesome.

Old breed? New breed? There's not a damn bit of difference so long as it's the Marine breed.
