Frank's isn't that dingy, dirty, hole in the wall by the Shell and tattoo parlor on 67, is it? If so, I wasn't impressed, but I was nauseated by the cigarette smoke.

I remodeled the bank just down the road & we ate lunch there a few times. The Cfs was damn good. That was 2005 or so.

My cousin bought me lunch there around 2007...it was not good. All I remember was how dirty the place was and how bad it smelled.
Lonestar, if you haven't tried Loco Coyote in Glen Rose, you need to. It's a very good place, although it has odd hours, so call ahead.

Pete's Cafe in Addison (DFW) has good pan fried chicken fried steak. They even have a breakfast special of eggs, hashbrowns and a chicken fried steak. I love that place!

Thanks on Loco Coyote. You are right about the crazy hours. Went once on a Saturday and they had a split day and were closed until about 5:00 pm Wasn't going to wait around to eat so we moved on.

Mels in Tomball cannot be beat!!!! Mel's is good, Goodson's is good and Pecos Grill is good, all within about 2 miles of one another, not good for the diet.

I hope I get the chance to try all of these places. But my vote goes to Cotton Patch in Nacogdoches. And their Chickn Fried Chicken is totally Awesome.

Ate at Mary's in Strawn this weekend. Was as good as ever with huge servings and cold beer. Place was crowded by 5:30 on Friday night.
