I have Carlisles and have not had any problems and its been around 3ys now. The only issues I have been having is the rims losing pressure due to internal rust holes where the rims were welded together. I figure I should start looking for some replacements now.
I was looking online for replacement tires and I have seen trailer tires that come with the rim included for less than just the tire alone.
The tires and rims are rated the same as what I have on my trailer now. Has anyone purchased or used these before Got some from trailer parts.com in Dallas. Great prices. Tires say Load Star on them. Only way to fly IMO. Be sure to have you trailer tires balanced.

I recommend Discount Tire Store. They will do you right. Even if you have a blow out in another state and purchase a tire there, Discount will reimburse you for the blown tire (make sure you bring it back). The problem with trailer tires are that most are made in China now. If you find someone that sells one made in U.S.A. buy it!

Discount Tire x2. They have always done right by me and they also have a sale starting tomorrow that if you buy 2 tires you get a 50 dollar cash card/buy 4 get 100. Assume they might honor for trailer tires too:

I took my own advice and used the sale at Discount Tire last week. Replaced with Carlisles so we'll see if all the bad reviews on here about them hold true.

Well, I did not get to take advantage of the DT sale because I do not need any as yet. Got my last ones at DT, replaced truck and boat tires at the same time. Put Carlisles on the boat and have not had any trouble with them at all. I do keep Maguire's Tire treatment with UV protection on them and DT says it really makes a difference in tire life so that might have helped mine last.

Funny I have chineese made tires on my boat flatbet and travel trailer, I keep them propertly inflated, and covered when stored from the sun or stored inside and I have little if any trouble at all.
Check the air, dont leave them outside uncovered, and dont go over 65 mph(the speed rating of the tire).

I have loadstars on mine. They're getting old (5 years) but still seem new. No cracks, flats, or any problems at all.
Probably replace them with some Maxxis radials this winter just for the piece of mind.

I like the new Carlisle Radial Trail RH tires. It is what I buy now for trailer tire replacements. The old Carlisles were very bad. I gave the new ones a shot from some advice from a friend and they are holding up great.

I just put a set of Triangle tires on my boat trailer. from Cowser tire in Saginaw, Kevin the owner said they were good and would perform well,I previously had GY marathons for 4 years without a problem other than a 2 flats/ slow leaks I had while the boat was in storage between trips. Ask Kevin for the TFF discount at Cowser tire, he is a bass fisherman and will treat you right
