Had a great time today guys. Great company and the fish actually cooperated. Joe, good choice on venue, but sucks you felt like chit, and couldn't fish. See you all on the bank soon! Hopefully a dryer one!!

He is already bugging me to take him tomorrow to give those alarms and bank sticks some more use!!

I'm going to help him get some Euro Rods and really get into detail with him now that I see he is serious about the sport!

I thank God for each day!

He is such a humble kid with so much enthusiasm! He appreciates everything so much which makes me want to keep going!

I want to give him a positive influence in his life as he is a 13 year old boy and the next few years of his life are critical as he will be a young man soon.

Plus, he is a hell of a fisherman!

I thank God for each day!

The local Game Warden stopped by to chat for a bit. After a brief inspection of licenses, we gave him a quick once over on euro gear and tactics.

Then he got to see it in action and we landed 2 buffalo in his presence! He was intrigued at the gear and tactics!

I thank God for each day!

Is this in the near future........I ask because I noticed he had two SPINNING reels on 6' or 6'6" CASTING rods .......if its gonna be a while I'll spring for a 7' Med Shimano spinning rod ( or the 8'MH fast action one- both are cheap but decent)) for him next weekend and maybe someone else has an extra rod he can have or pop for the 2nd rod or something. fish

thats awesome!

I am looking at getting him 2 of the NGT combos from BCT.

With shipping and everything its right at $115.

I have extra overtime this paycheck so I am going to get him the rods this weekend. He doesn't know it yet though! He told me he is going to start saving every penny he can and mow as many lawns as possible to save up money for some!

I thank God for each day!

I can part with $25 or so. This way he can save up to buy his hooks and leads. Lol.
