is it easy to cut that threaded rod without it burring up?
and just washer and nuts around the wheels?
thanks Just thread the nuts on it and when you finish cutting it just back them off and the nut will clean up the cut a bit.  BigDozer66

It does come apart for storage. I only glued the top part together. The rest is just dry fitted. To secure it, I just use bungees.

I made one for my little canoe almost exactly like that,  , except mine cost about $5 plus all the junk in and around my "workshop"  YOU do beautiful work. That thing looks factory made!!!
