I have a Screen/Storm Door thats only about a year old and the top hinge screw holes on the door keep getting bigger and the screws warp out.  Has any one had this happen and how do you fix it with out having to replace the door?

Use Rivets to fit hole size.

Use self tapping screws in different spots on the hinge

this and use steel rivets not aluminum. look at your door too and make sure its not opening past 90 degrees. pressure on the hinges will pop anything.

Ditto....If you don't have rivets, do as others suggest drilling new screw holes..
