Just wanted to stop in and say hello to all! I have fished all my life and I have never hooked into a crappie. Im trying to fix that! I fish GV most of the time and this year I made my 1st set of fishing structure to help me.
I made 3 porcupine fish attractors 1 was 8ft and the other 2 were 6ft.

One in photo is 6ft

I ordered some Slab Bandits can't wait to get them in the water!

Thanks! Porcupine has been in the water for 2 weeks. Only catfish so far.
How long will it take for the crappie to show up? I was thinking mid Oct. I dropped it in 25ft of water. Hope to have photo's soon!

Depends on what might be around that 25 fow. Actually. The crappie are just now beginning to make their Fall move to shallower areas, bridges, brushpiles & timber. If your location is near one of their "highways", they'll find your condos.
