Well folks, I have been asked alot of questions and given alot positive of comments on my crappie condos I make out of Bamboo and decided that Im going to sell my trees.

These things hold the fish folks and last forever. Even when the leaves eventually fall off, which takes a long time, they still hold fish year around.

I realize most crappie fisherman make their own structure,so this is just for the newcomers or the folks who just don't have the time to make their own, which I understand. These things don't make themselves! It takes some time to build one right!

Heres a breakdown of what Im offering:

5 gallon bucket tree--- 125.00

15 or 20 gallon bucket tree--- 175.00

This will be a fully made tree and ready to go. You can pick them up at my house in Longview and take them to a lake of your choice, or you can pick them up at my place on Lake Fork. If you pick them up at Fork and plan on putting them out on Fork, I will give you hand in doing so.

Be sure that when you pick them up, you have a trailer to put them on. They travel very well laid over on the side and strapped down.

You can check out what they look like on my Facebook page both in and out of the water. Search Lake Fork Cat and Crappie on Facebook to take a look.

I will also sell just the supplies to make a condo if you are wanting to do it yourself.

I will sell enough bamboo and provide the bucket for a 5 gallon tree for 75.00. And provide enough bamboo and bucket for a 15 or 20 gallon tree for 100.00.

If you decide to do it yourself, I will give your tips and helpful ideas to make the job easier.

Check out my Facebook page or website at Lakeforkcatandcrappie.com for contact information.

Thanks good folks of TFF. Hope to hear from you soon.

It takes a lot of time to build and place these things. Getting the bucket and the cement is only the beginning. I know folks who have paid more than that to have them built. Good luck. I'll spread the word.

G3 I aint mad at you. That's whats great about a free market, if you like you buy. If you don't like you dont buy. The market will dictate whether your prices are right or not. Keep doing what you do!!!

Tend to do exactly that. Put out 30-35 Brush Piles in 2 lakes last winter, and will probably do that many this winter.

Not that hard at all. Just coming up with materials is the toughest part. If you haft to buy everything from hardware store, it is a little more costly.

Never minded the effort we put into catching fish. You haft to put out some effort if you want to stay on stead fish.

Didn't get any pics of our PVC or Bamboo Stake Beds, but here is a few of the other types of structure we put in the water.

Boo Balls

Deep Water Structure

Pour these then use zip ties to add bamboo limbs. Poured these in 30 minutes. We use a Battery Powered Saw-Sal to cut bamboo. Can cut a 16' Flat bed Trailer Load in 30-45 minutes. We can get 12 buckets with bamboo limbs, on our barge. Zip tie limbs onto the bucket frames and toss them in the water.

Good luck with the business. Wasn't trying to give you are hard time. Just surprised me.....

RIGHT!! Or, he's thinkin about the nearly 50 he & Bruce built and sunk that could'a enabled him to buy 2 more HDS10-Gen2's WITH LSS2's. That way, he could'a floated the 2 transducer's on planer-boards out to each side and been able to scan nearly a quarter mile in 1 pass. Not to mention the inside of his Tracker (& everyone in it) would'a REALLY glowed in the dark!

Obviously you can save money if you've got the time to do them yourself. I bet he would have cut you a deal on 50 though.

G3bassbarge, sounds like you need to hire pepop to build them cheap for you and then you sell 'em.

Keith, I understand where you are coming from but there is no need to bash the man. If you don't like what you see, don't post.... Simple as that.

BTW, G3 I wish you the best of luck with your business and commend your entrepreneurship.
