Scale under water with a spoon, remove the head and guts, coated with yellow cornmeal and then introduced to hot grease in a deep skillet. Only thing missing is thick cut potatoes and a cold one and footballsorry got carried away (man, I need to go bluegill fishing) Plus #1.
