Medical examiners office said time of death was 9:36 this morning. I guess that's when they found him.

Where did that lawyer go that did the big news story that Eagle Mountain was the most dangerous lake in the Ftw Dallas area. With 7 people in 5 years. That was a weird deal . Sorry to hear about anybody drowning no matter where.

I just now read the blogs on this and they said he had a life jacket on and it came off as he was thrown from the tube,
Sad news no matter what.

Lakeman, you say he had a jacket on, somethings not right, life jackets should not come off no matter what happens. Feel bad for Family and frends.

A propperly applied lifejacket should not come off. How many of us just slap a life jacket on when scootin across the lake withOut zipping it or strapping it up tightly. I'm guilty and I'm sure more of you are just as well that don't care to admit it.

I thank God for each day!

Tubes being pulled by jet skis are IMO more dangerous because of the quicker acceleration and turning capabilities that PWC have. Who knows what happened. He could've hit a buoy or a tree limb just at the waters surface.

I saw some idiot swiming across the lake at the toll bridge last weekend. He was doing the breath strike and looked pretty darn tired. I asked if he needed help and he told me no. I wasted the next half hour intercepting boats and jet ski's headed right at him. You got to be a full cards short of a full deck to go swimming across lake lewisville on a summet weekend.
