Finished baling our first cutting of hay yesterday so today it was time to hit corn field.. Hate that the midwest farmers are enduring such a brutal drought, but it means at least $8/bu at the elevator for us this year..








Pretty clean stuff so far.. We'll put some in the feeders and see how it does..







The grain cart will hold ~48k lbs fully loaded..



Seed trailer holds ~12k lbs..



Started shredding the stalks right away..

Reminds me of working on my dad's ranch when I was a kid. I know it's a lot of work but I was just a kid and thought it was all fun. Now I look at your equipment and think "damn that's a lot of $$" tied up in that equipment.
