I can't imagine anything that would have gotten on all sixteen of them that would not have also damaged other stuff on or in the boat. Certainly not anything he drove through or that any farmer was spraying. They are undoubtedly a good product that many like, but this sounds like they were faulty for some reason.

Regardless of the cause or anything else Rick who owns the company has a lifetime guarantee and it will be honored. He can't fix or replace what he doesn't know about.

Sticky or not they are the best rod holders out there. I don't have any but I use a knock off.

djdoubl3j,
If you will send the loops in, we will send replacements to you right away. We will reimburse you the shipping costs.

There are no manufacturing defects in the loops. There are a few products commonly used that can affect plastic products. Bug sprays, weed sprays, etc. These could have come in contact with the loops through no fault of your own.

We stand behind our products 100%. We will get this taken care of. Send them in so we can figure out how this happend so we can all stop guessing....

Feel free to call me

Thanks!!
