Here is the money break down. If you fish by yourself. Boat gass is the same no matter the lake... Baits the same no matter where you fish... entry fee is the same... Truck gass can be different.
75 miles (150 round trip) $51 in gass
150 miles (300 round trip) $103.20 *we have never gone this far*
30 miles (60 round trip) $20.64
these numbers are based off of todays gass prices and 10mile per gallon average. So the cheepest you can get out is around $120 or so.. pricest trip is $200... Hotel not included. Spending time on the water whipping some Bass "PRICELESS"

I think we should fish Squaw Creek Jan and Feb then fish Cleburne the rest of the year.  Spending time on the water whipping some Bass "PRICELESS"

There are lakes like Benbrook, EM, Lake Worth, Joe Pool, Mineral Wells, Palo Pinto, Weatherford, Cleburne, Alvarado, Aquilla, etc, that rarely gets fished by CBC.
You guys should have definitely fished aquilla this spring.

Don't know about now but in the past, members did not like to have club tournaments on lakes with 16-18" minimums or slot lakes for some reason.

Jackpot tourney coming up this Sunday, If anyone knows of someone who needs a boater I may need someone. Not sure that my lovely wife wants to fish after the 9hr Texas Bass Couples Tournament yesterday.

I bet that if you and the top six in the club fished it, it would be real hard to be beat. Monte and jeff are really pushing this Top Six Bass Club Championship deal.

I have been trying to get info on this for the last month. I know Marti and I would be in as long as the logistics worked out. I have called Fun n Sun and am awaiting a call back with the particulars of the next meeting. Hopefully it's not to late to get in this year.

$15.00 per person is not anything at all, but they do not show whether it is a individual or team format or does this club fish against the other clubs and what the entry fee is.

Went to the meeting. Entry fee is $300 per team. Tournament will be on P.K. on Sept. 30th. All the details will be discussed at the August meeting. (On that note, this is gonna be a longer meeting with lots of important stuff to discuss. All members are encouraged to attend)
