I want to catch a Northern Pike. They really don't fight much. Caught several of them back in 1972 during a Boy Scout canoe trip in Minnesota. They taste good though. We cooked all of the fish we caught each day. Pike fillets with dehydrated potatoes and carrots w/ salt and pepper cooked wrapped in foil on the coals of the campfire. Yum!
