we use pretty much the same recipe, but we spread em out on a cookie sheet and bake em in the oven for awhile to spread the oil thru the cracker and give em a crispiness. try spreading jalapeno jelly on em. when i start eating i can't quit till all the crackers or jelly is gone.

well now you've done it-----i couldn't quit thinking about those crackers, so i made a bunch up and sat there and ate about 1/3 of them. now none of my rings will fit and i'm drinking gallons of water! it's all your fault.
