When there's not another boat in sight, he's the guy that sees you sitting on a spot that's not a community hole so he shuts down and idles by just as you catch the first fish of the day. Then proceeds to fish randomly within a couple of hundred yards until you leave. At that time he cranks up and graphs where you were sitting. He drives boats of all colors but Monday he was in a maroon and silver Triton.

Now all he needs to do is show the spot to his buddies and the honey hole to community hole conversion process will be complete.

Ken Smith wrote a story that was published in the Inside Line magazine about "bent pole Billy" on Rayburn. Look it up and it may give you an idea on how to really mess with someone who does that kinda thing.
