Hey y'all. I usually hang over in the catfish section. There are a few guys there who catfish from their kayaks, and that started me thinking about throwing together a kayak cat tourney. I've organized and run 5 cat tourneys for bank and boat, so I figured it might be worth a shot if there was enough interest. I'm thinking Lake Worth in the early part of the fall while the water is still warm. PM me if you may be interested or have any suggestions. Thanks!

How are they normaly setup details please
Fees, lakes, times etc, with the kayaks would have to have a picture or something that can accomadate catch and relaese, no live wells

I'd have to tweak the usual setup to accommodate an absence of livewells, such as multiple weigh-ins, etc. By design, I keep the entry fees on the lower side, usually they're $50 per team, but since a yak is a single person, maybe $25 per person. I try to get the payouts up by having a good turnout.

CPR works in our bass tourneys.Should be fine for cats too.That is unless we want to throw em all in a cooler and fry em up later!
