Do either of You guys have Pelican Raiders?? Well that`s what I have & i`m telling you that when I launch it or when I exit the water the batery slides back & forth because the floor is so slick. The grooves on the floor run front to back instead of side to side. Thanks for your help

Get some SKID GUARD 6 x 24 Reflective Anti-Slip Tape from Lowes and put it on the floor, the battery will grab it and hold on.

I run my Troll motor a Minn Kota 30lb thrust thru a 12v deep cycle marine battery(36 lbs) and use a 12v UB1250 or UB1280(1 lb)to power my Lowrance unit.I also run a nite lite thru the small battery and have had no prob at all. I have fished all night long with this set up and have yet to use the paddle. What is the mak of the UB1250 or UB1280? I have a small dedicated 12v SLA for a deer feeder that I use to power my nite lite and have tried it on the FF with no luck BUT I don't have a charger for it and haven't charged it fully in over a year. I'll also give that a try and see. I've got to get this thing workng again OR quit being a cheapo and get a new TM battery. Mine is past it's prime I think but has yet to leave me stranded.

I have two UB`s(Universal Batteries) but I don`t see a make on them. One is a spare for the other but I have`nt had to use the spare yet.A charge goes a looooong way on these little batteries.I took a photo of one on one of my previous post. The one`s to get are the UB1250 or UB 1280.The 1250 is about 3&1/2Wx4"H and the 1280 is 6"Lx3&5/8"H . Just Google search Universal 12v Battery and you can go from there. The price should be around $20-$25.00 Bucks. Horace

Cabelas has them, bass Pro has them, Academy used to have them. Cabelas battery More Batteries But, I will say this, with the radio playing on my big boatsI run my fishfinders (2 with GPS) on my main battery all of the time, and some times as long as 8-9 hrs, and have yet to run down the battery on either. As far as my smaller boats, 3 hrs is the max I have ever been out, and still only use one battery for trolling motor and gps fishfinder, no problems. Of course when using the troling motor heavily the battery might die...but by then don't matter if your fish finder works or not, you are using a paddle or loading ur boat.

That's exctly what I have but seem to have lost the charger. I will look for one and charge it up. That may be the solution to my issues.

Hello all,
My first post here. I've got a Bass Hunter 1 man boat, that I enjoy the only issue I have is there is water in the hull and the 1 man Bass Hunter does not have a plug. My questions are, can I add a plug? Can someone post a pic of the location and type of plug that are standard in these type of boats? Thanks
Tom

In the front of the boat, where they inserted the wand they used to fill the boat with foam, there is one on each side. They are above the water line, you might be able to pop them off then flip the boat over to drain it.
