OP T Bird TFF Guru Joined: Mar 2010 Posts: 28,067 Temple, TX.	Got tired of the awkward and potentially dangerous climb from the trailer tongue to the bow of my Nitro. I got ahold of Larry at L&D welding here in the Temple, TX area and we came up with this step/handle design and installation. Larry is a retired Army veteran and welding instructor at a local technical college here in Central TX. If your intrested in his services, you can reach him at 254-718-6818. I spent 1/3 the cost for any of the bolt on steps being sold commercially and got a functional platform custom fitted to my trailer. I no longer worry about busting my butt when launching by myself. The the real story is I recently sold my Champion. It had 2 Butt seats and chair. Fella wanted chair & butt seat, so I kept the other. Okie by birth, Texan by choice.
