LOL... so just last year everyone around T Bend was in financial crisis begging any tournament they could to come to the lake in order to infuse some money into the local economy. Now as soon as the biggest trail in the nation comes through whats the first thing heard from a local.... when are the Elites going to "share the return" for fishing my spot. LMFAO

I hate mondays....

It happens. I found a cherry spot on the Arkansas River that I was saving for a big tournament. Elite series came the very next week. Denny Brauer sat on "my" spot all weekend and won the whole thing. I was a little upset losing a honey hole, but more proud of the fact that I had found a spot good enough to win a flippin elite series tournament!

If anything it should give you confidence that you know what you're doing and that you should be able to find other cherry spots... unless you found that one by pure luck or by mooching off someone else . Just messing with you.
