Good job killing that fish. I'm sure she would have preferred a replica as well. One in every crowd. Didn't your Momma ever tell you if you don't have something nice to say, don't say anything at all? You beat me to it also. I decided on a replica, but to each his own. I have turned back many big fish and I had always said, "If I catch a DD, I would have it Skinned mounted." I wound up not doing it and didn't even think about it, when I turned it loose. This is why we have limits and laws, if someone wants to keep one they can. We have gone into an era of bass fishing that is worse than the Yuppie Trout Fishermen. Congrats on a great catch. And, yes, I can't say enough about Fishscale. They did my fish and it fell off the wall for some unknown reason. I contacted and sent it back to see if they could fix it for me. They couldn't and Fishscale made me a new at no cost. That is service in my book.
