I like the idea of sticking with one brand of rods and I am very happy with the Falcon rods I have so far. I would like your opinion on a rod for deep diving cranks in the less than $200 range.

Try The Falcon Cara Reaction Deep Runner. Its slightly more at $225 but a good rod.

Great options! Thanks for the input. I do like the feel of the Duckett rods.

Give the Denali Rods a try.
Jadewood 7' MH CB Rod- $99 Rosewood Model R843CB 7" MH- $189
These are outstanding rods, very sensative and light. They have the backbone to throw the large deep-divers a mile and light tip to feel every piece of cover.

I bought a 7'11" Powell Max Composite deep cranking rod on someone's recommendation on here. Handles the big crankbaits pretty well. Haven't owned a Duckett.

Just bought a 7'10" H20 Ethos Magnum Cranker. I've gotta say, it feel great, it's fairly light for being a composite cranking rod and pretty well balanced (it does feel a tad top heavy). But for $39.99 you really can't beat it!

This Dobyns rod is made specifically for deep cranks. It cast a mile and you can fish it all day...its that good!

I use a Duckett 7'11" MH Cranking. Light and cast a country mile with a Curado 200G5. And I paid for mine. I am not on a Pro Staff.
The KVD 7'10" is a good one too.
