Ortho confirmed the ER diagnosis yesterday, I have a compression fracture of the L1. He put me in a brace, changed my pain meds, and is scheduling me for an MRI to make sure there's nothing putting pressure on my spinal cord. Other than that there's not a whole lot they can do other than wait it out. I'm in a brace and can't push, pull, turn, bend over, or lift more than 15 #'s until further notice.....ya'll post up some reports because it looks like the only fishin' I'll be doing for awhile is internet fishing....
