I will be really surprised if you don't catch a buff at Grapevine, it's real easy and there's quite a few over 20

Austin has his four and is already culling. Most everyone else has at least one fish I think...except me. I'm fishless.

All have been buffs so far except a couple cats. Nothing over 11 lbs something yet.

Well my swim exploded at around midnight. I went from zilch to my 4 fish in about half an hour then continued to catch steadily the rest of the morning.

Austin caught 30 buffalo. Seriously. But they were all smallish.

Only 4 or 5 carp were caught but a ton of buffalo were, most of them right around 11 lbs.

The biggest fish of the night came from Josef and Ryan who each caught a couple of 16-18 lb. buffs.

Laura went into the night never having caught a buffalo and came out with 7 or 8 I believe. She also had quite a stringer of catfish by morning.

I'm not sure of the exact point totals, I'll leave that to Rick or Austin, but Josef ended up the winner.

We had to wait till the park cleared out to figure out the pegs and get started. We didn't get lines in the water till 9 and then fished till 9AM.

No one blanked and it was a fantastically organized and run fish-in again and a load of fun too.

What I learned: Bankside pizza delivery rocks!

Can't wait for the next one!
