I want to go with my buddy to Huntsville State Park on Saturday to do some basssin from the new yaks.

He is terrified that we will be attacked by an alligator.

His reason is that the yaks are about 12 feet long and camo. He feels that the long shape and green color is going to make us look like a gator and get us attacked.

My answer is as follows: What alligator is going to attack a 12 footer?

I have seen one about 8 feet swimming in the middle of the lake before.

How much worry is there do you think?

Your biggest concern should be disburbing a female gator protecting her nest. If I were you, I would find another place to fish.
