Oh my!!!! I just heard and what a tremendous loss to the fishing industry and also a great human being! If you were to look in the dictionary under tough, determined, super nice, accomodating, friendly, and big hearted, Patch's picture would be there! Miss Minnie Mae, if there is ANYTHING I can do, just ask!

I just heard I really will miss visiting with him what a great guy we use to sit and tell war stories about south east asia. He was one of a kind. Rest in peace my friend.

I believe his name was Patch Mason and he was one hell of a tournament Bass Angler during the 80,s in New Mexico. He was the kind of man that if he was on fish and you were trying to scratch out a limit, not only would he tell you what he was catching them on, he would tell you where. The nicest most humble man I ever knew in Tournament circles. He will be missed by all that knew him. My condolences to his family.
