Be careful, you'll cut your finger.

I used small braid alot before I started guiding. Had a customer cut his pinkie to the bone when he tried to rip a jig out of a brushpile.

So I switched all my rigs to mono.

I used Ande Backcountry in Light Blue for about 8 years. Great line.

Started using Sunline mono in Mizu Blue last spring. Certainly like the Hi-Vis characteristics. Also good stuff.

Both in 8# test.

I like how you think dude. I'm the same way. Only rod with mono on it is the dock shooter...

What UJC said.

That new Fluorotex line from Lake Fork Trophy Lures in 8 or 6 lb. is great. I still use that Neon Tangerine by Suffix and it's really good, but I honestly think the Flurotex is much much better. Talk about no memory, this stuff is great!!!

I stopped by LFT in Emory yesterday and unfortunately they are out of stock right now. I plan on getting a couple more spools of the His Vis and a spool of the clear for leader material.

I think the $7 price is only for CAT members so be sure to tell them who you are.
