My family and I went to Cooper and fished for about 4 hours Saturday mid-day. I have not fished the lake that much, and only know a couple of places that have produced for me in the past. We found some small hybrids and sand bass hitting top water in 4' of water off Pelican Point. We caught about 12-15 before they left, and never found any more.
