Dang!! That hurts just reading about it!! When we get "older", we don't seem to heal as quickly either! (I know this first hand because I am old!)
Will send healing prayers up for Charlie and hope for a speedy and full recovery!!!

Thank you Fouzman and everyone. It's funny how your life can change in the blink of an eye. I wish I could go back and undo what happened. It is no fun. My family thanks you. My poor wife needs prayers more than I. She has taken on the load of the house hold as I have been working out of town and now she has to take care of me. I can hardly get up to go to the restroom or drink water. The worst injury of my life for sure. Thanks to all. It's comforting to know people still care.

Getting old is no fun. Many times I have done things that I should have got help on. In the last year I have slowed down and waited for help.
Living without a hospital near by causes more rational thinking.
Sorry to hear Charlie, sounds like a horrible injury.
Take it easy and heal proprly. Remember u have only lived half ur life so far.
