Thanks Nat. I did get the message. Spent the day wading the Paluxy river. A lot of perch a few bass, but a good day of fishing with a friend. Still hoping to make Squaw Creek.

Ok cool. That sounds like fun! yeah we didnt go Saturday either. Went to the Trinity at 30 @ beach and took the kayaks. Caught a couple of 17" bass and small spotted bass, a 19" Drum and about a 22" channel cat lol. All on a chatterbait!

30-35 bass (no lie) couldnt even keep count. had probably somewhere around a 70" best 5. no monsters but LOTS of fish the technique and exact location shall remain nameless lol

Has the fluke bite started there yet? Its hot at petco

Not sure I can't really remember the last time I used a fluke actually lol. which is odd considering I used to always have one tied on everywhere I went. Im still waiting for the dropshot to get hot a petco again. May have to break down and fish it with a fluke now though lol

What do you guys think of a weekly tournament. Not for money but for fun? I can use in online word generator to come up with a weekly word. Everyone will make their own cards with the word and fish on your own time. You can fish wherever you want but cannot use the same length of bass for the week. All fish have to be different sizes and we can use different species. Who is in??
