Dropshot but the weather of course was unlike any we have seen in a long time. post cold front and ZERO wind. So Jigs in the cattails are what worked this go round. Congrats Chris!!! Gonna have to knock you off that high horse come next tournament! lol

I fished it that one time and know a few spots that should hold some big fish but it's way to far away for me to go back. I would like to fish that shelf out there with a worm or jig. I am sure a fat pig runs up and down it everyday.

Yeah we will be taking the kayaks out there periodically now probably. I know there has to be a few double digit bass in there as many 5lbers as I have caught.

Russ have you picked where at Squaw Creek we will fish from? Fishing with a buddy that way Monday and might be able to drop by and check things out while I am in the area.

LTF Im guessing its where the park area is. There are a couple of boat ramps and docks there.
