I have the EX model, with the rough surface I can't get my registration sticker to stick. Any ideas?

reply to herculiner question: if thinking of coating exterior, don't do it. It will blister and peel off eventually. Expensive, adds weight, and only lasts temporarily. Consider epoxy-based hull paint instead.

I've had a hard time keeping suction cups attached to my Pelican, especially if you keep Armor All type protectant on it.
The best location for me has been to attached it to the bottom of my trolling motor behind the skeg. I used heavy duty zip ties.

Ive got it mounted on the trolling motor now, but i have my trolling motor in the back. I was looking to move the transducer up front.

I actually hard mounted mine to the rear of one of the pontoons and used a marine grade silicone around the screws and edges. No problems at all.

I can make you a dolly for your boat for around $70. It will be custom fitted to your bass hunter/buster. You will be able to strap it on and then load your battery, trolling motor, seats and tackle and the front of it will be light as a feather. PM me.

How much weight?
I am not sure, the one I use now handles all the the above listed equipment. Boat, battery, TM, fishing tackle, ect ...
I just got a new set of wheels today that I am going to build the next one out of that will require me to use angle iron for the axle so it might even hold more.

My bad, you said wind.
It's ok for small lakes and ponds, I wouldn't take it out on big water if I were you.
It's not that kind of boat.

I am pricing these now and should have one in a month or so. Looking forward to using it at lake Raven (Huntsville SP) with my kids.

New to this so forgive if this question has been asked before.
If I buy a buster/pelican at Academy is there a "title" for the boat or do you use the receipt? I know I have to register and get boat numbers and all, just not sure of the process

Im not sure about at Academy, even though i work there lol. But i bought my bass hunter at Cabela's and it came with an actual title. That was due to the fact I bought a trolling motor with it though so im not sure.
