American Angler Ultra if you can get your hands on one. They stopped making them, but they can't be beat. If you find one, buy it.

That is what I use as well. Where are you getting your replacement blades Brian? I can't find them @ Academy or Walmart anymore. Seems to be getting harder to find replacement blades.

I buy Rapala blades from Walmart...work just fine.

I have been using a B&D for 10 plus years..

I believe the blades seperated at first so I bent them so they would not do this again.

And I prefer the straight blades.

For crappie, black & decker from walmart. been using the same two for several years now and cleaned hundreds of crappie with it. use one and if it gets hot, swith over to the other one.

For catfish, American Angler saltwater with Rapala blades. The kitties have heavier bones than the crappie and the american angler motor works better.

Looking at their prices on the 2 models of Mister Twister, they shouldn't charge shipping!

Not sure if this is 100% correct or not but, when cleaning fish with Jigum a couple of weeks back he didn't like my electric knife and the next day we were cleaning fish again but, he brought his knife with 'shark' blades and they are really great. His blades fit my knife and it appears most all blades are identical. If true you can buy replacement blades....according to Jigum....from Wally World and they should work on your knife.
Like Red Top Lady said, they are the best for crappie.
