is there any catfish in the walmart pond Yes, big mid cats and a few channels but you wanna go to the one north of that for catfish.

He showed us how to tell how old a fish was by looking at it's shape. This bass is a grandpa, it could have been 12 years old. He said if he was building a trophy bass pond this one would be taken out. It was an old fish and all it was doing was trying to stay alive, eating bait that other younger fish should be chompin' on.

Well my day was over at that point. Jim will have to tell you about the south lakes pond because I had to head home. I was happy to get invited today and I sure learned alot about our lake here in Denton. Props to Brad and Wes for all they did. http://www.pondking.com/
