For about 75% of my UL fishing it's Berkley Trilene XL in 4lb test. 15% Trilene XL in 6lb test. Other 10% is kinda spread out with braid, flouro, copoly and other mono. I use to fish a lot of Silver Thread, but it just has to much memory for a main line on a UL reel. Still good for medium spinning main lines and UL leader material.
Plan on trying Vicious Panfish, the new Trilene XL Armor Coating and new braided lines along with other lines that have come out since I left.

I'm sure we cover this topic not too long ago but with all the new anglers coming on the forum I figured it couldn't hurt.
Currently I'm using 4# Trilene XL but I have a few spools in my kit that I've been wanting to try.

Wow three right of the bat with Trilene XL. I guess the main reason I'm using it is it's lack of memory, it's kinda smmoth and comes of the spool well, pretty tough line for the panfish too, knots aren't bad either.

I've got about 5 3000yd spools of the Trilene XL 6lb mono on clearance for $5 so thats what I've been using and don't have any real problems with it. I also got a spool of the neon tangerine colored Suffix Siege 6lb mono to try out and a spool of 4lb Mr. Crappie line

Either 4 lb or 6 lb trilene xl, but I tend to stick with 4 lb test more often than not.

Usually trilene but right now both my reels are spooled with Spiderwire (not sure wich one) and I have no complaints. 4lb test but sometimes I use 2lb. Its just too hard to find.

I use Berkley high vis line, a lot of bang for the buck for sure. But for clear water I'll use fluorocarbon sometimes.
