does academy have the gloves? They do, got some there last year.. when damp with a little breeze, they actually keep your hands cooler than no gloves, quite interesting.. I may have to check them out too.

Shaw and Mark Manendez both had skin cancer that is why they covering up. It looks gay as hell but to each his own.

Ask Blu-Ranger bout the covering up. He went into great detail. He's had alot of akin issues from sports over years. After the say with him. I started thinking more and more bout akin protection

Setup an EZ-Up tent before you drop the trolling motor at each location. It takes only 20 seconds but will save your entire body and you don't need any sun screen or gay buffs!

I got a reverse tan this weekend!
I kept my buff on and took off my shirt.....:)
Pretty hilarious not to be burned on my face and neck, but my back and shoulders are toast.

My partner rags me pretty good every time I put on my BUFF, doesnt bother me a bit. I have sun protection that keeps me cool and I dont have to re apply messy arse sunscreen all day. I just need a couple of long sleeve UV protectant shirts now and I'm covered.

couple years back I learned to love the long sleeve lightweight SPF shirts.. I especially prefer them on the hot summer days. The sun just whips my arse, more so than ever before and im looking to cover up as much as possible this year.
Last year I had a couple episodes, (gnarly migraines) that popped up on me.. despite being thoroughly hydrated.. I attributed it mainly to sun over exposure and heat exhaustion.

Yeah ok they may look a little weird, but so does wearing those face mask in the winter when running down the lake. I too have had the MOHS surgery on my nose and I'm still fairly young...its not much fun and I have a nice scar to show for it. I've been looking for these "buffs" but didnt know what they were called. Glad someone brought this up...and the more people that start wearing them the less it will look so weird.

I wear long sleeves, gloves, wide brim hat and a buff. Don't care what I look like. When I'm at the lake, I stand on casting deck, not a catwalk.
