Those people will not allow you to access the creek thru their property. They have only allowed a few people over the years. I heard a couple of Police Officers were allowed. I ask a few years back and got a no. They did tell me I could walk around the outside of their fence, but I did not feel comfortable doing that since it is private property they do not own. It would be a nice access to henrietta. Too bad the old Cleveland-Gibbs Road is not still running to the creek from both sides. That would be easier than taking a boat in.

or.....the water could be really muddy and nobody is catching any.
Give a man a fish, he'll eat for a day. Teach him how to fish, he'll be gone every weekend.

or.....the water could be really muddy and nobody is catching any. This was the case yesterday!
This might be the weirdest, most pointless post ever. I am not against golf, since I cannot but suspect it keeps armies of the unworthy from discovering fishing

I would expect that. The water should be still high and very muddy east of 377. If you go west toward the big hole, your chance would be better.

Had the GW come by and check my license just before I was getting ready to leave ... she confirmed that no one was catching anything yesterday.

I am new to this site. I fished under the RR tracks and 377(on north side) from 7am til 930am Sunday, Mar 18th. I used 1/4 oz chartreuse roadrunner with red head and caught one sand bass. Three boats passed and were heading west possibly towards the "hole." I do plan on going back but without my tackle box so I can walk west. Maybe I will hit a hole.
