Old Lucky told me to head to the pond after a nice rain and get some 'snake worms'. Some are 20"+ OMG. They were everywhere! What are these things?

Nice bunch of worms. How many of em did you get? Judging by their width they should be really good on a hook. Can't wait to see the results.

You'll make a killing with them. Might I suggest buying a small bag of top soil to put them in.

We have those all over here too. Been fishing with them since I was a kid. I had no idea it was an "invasive" species and not native.

They look like nightcrawlers to me... Ye usually we used to dig around the muddy areas to get some of those crawlers before going fishing back in country . They are fun and if we dig little deeper there will be some super huge worms .

We have those all over here too. Been fishing with them since I was a kid. I had no idea it was an "invasive" species and not native. From what I understand all worms in the America's are invasive. The first introduction being worms that were within the root balls of plants brought by European explorers.
